Source:renews

EnBW has completed the 13MW Allmendingen solar farm in the Alb-Donau district of Germany.

The system, which consists of 28,860 PV modules, will generate an average of around 14m kWh per year.

The Allmendingen solar park was put into operation for the first time in February 2023 and is now making its contribution to a climate-friendly energy supply.

EnBW will not only perform the technical management of the park, but also takes care of the issue of citizen participation.

An inauguration party is planned for June 30.

Project manager Lea Muller-Trauth said: “With the Allmendingen solar park, we can calculate a good 4000 households in an environmentally friendly way and avoid around 7300 tonnes of CO2 every year.”
