Shanxi Guoyang New Energy to issue CNY 1 billion in bills

China Knowledge reported that Shanxi Guoyang New Energy Co Ltd plans to issue CNY 1 billion worth of 365 day bills on the interbank market on October 13.


Coupon rate will be determined in the process of book building. Both value date and payment due date is set October 14 and the to-be-issued bills tradable on Oct. 17.


China Construction Bank Corp has been assigned as the lead underwriter. Shanghai Pudong Development Bank will be the joint lead underwriter.


Dagong Global Credit Rating Co Ltd has rated the issuer and bills AAA and A-1 respectively. This will be the issuer first short term bills this year.
