SANJOSE to build €19m solar PV farm in Spain

SANJOSE has been awarded an EPC contract for a €19 million, 9 MW solar photovoltaic (PV) farm in Spain to be executed this year.


The solar PV farm will consist of 37,4000 polycrystalline silicon solar PV panels with an efficiency of 14.3%, 16 three-phase 500 kW inverters and 8 transformation centres of 1250 kVA. It will be located in the Chartered Community of Navarre.


SANJOSE is also responsible for the construction of the evacuation line and the transformation substation associated with the 10 MWA solar PV power station in a transforming ratio of 20/66 kV.


The solar farm is expected to produce 12 GWh per year.


The contract was awarded by the investor group OPDE.
