Gautam Solar Revolutionizes European Solar Market with Next-Gen Solar Modules

Gautam Solar, one of India’s top 10 solar manufacturers, has launched its Next-Gen solar modules at Intersolar Europe, the world’s leading exhibition for the solar industry. The company’s introduction of N-type TOPCon (Tunnel oxide passivated contact) and Mono PERC Solar Modules is set to revolutionize the European solar module market. These innovative modules offer increased power generation, improved efficiency, and enhanced aesthetics, making them an ideal choice for residential, commercial, industrial, utility-scale, and large-scale C&I projects. Let’s delve deeper into the features and benefits of Gautam Solar’s latest solar modules.

Gautam Solar’s TOPCon Solar Modules are available in two ranges to cater to various market segments. The 420 Wp – 435 Wp modules target distributors, EPC companies, and developers in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. On the other hand, the 565 Wp – 580 Wp modules are designed for utility-scale and large C&I customers. The N-Type TOPCon technology, initially developed by the renowned German institute Fraunhofer ISE, offers several advantages over traditional P-type modules. These modules generate more power while maintaining the same size, resulting in higher energy output per unit area. Moreover, ongoing research in TOPCon technology continues to increase its efficiency, surpassing the limits of P-type modules, whose efficiency has already reached saturation.

Gautam Solar’s TOPCon Solar Modules present significant benefits for different market segments. For residential, commercial, and industrial owners with fixed rooftop spaces, the modules’ increased power output in the same area translates into higher solar energy generation. This feature makes it an excellent investment for maximizing energy production on limited rooftop spaces. Similarly, utility-scale developers and large-scale C&I customers can generate more power from the same land area using these compact and easy-to-handle modules. Additionally, the modules’ reduced breakage rates and lower labor costs contribute to a more efficient installation process.

Gautam Solar’s 420 Wp – 435 Wp TOPCon Solar Modules are available in four variants: All Black, Silver Frame, Glass-to-Glass Bifacial, and Lightweight Bifacial. The All Black Solar Modules feature a black backsheet and black anodized aluminum alloy frame, providing a sleek and aesthetically pleasing design compared to conventional modules. The Glass-to-Glass bifacial modules offer a significant advantage by harnessing 10-30% additional power from the rear side. By combining N-Type TOPCon technology with Bifacial Technology, the modules can generate up to 37% more power. The Lightweight Bifacial Modules incorporate high-quality transparent backsheet, ensuring optimal rear side power while keeping the module weight low, thus simplifying handling. These modules feature 108 half-cut cells based on M10 wafer technology.

In addition to the TOPCon Solar Modules, Gautam Solar has also introduced the 400-415 Wp Mono PERC Modules. These modules, available in an All Black Design, offer a perfect blend of sustainable and clean energy without compromising the aesthetics of properties. With meticulous manufacturing processes, automation at the factory level, and cutting-edge technologies such as Round Ribbon usage for better light utilization, Non-Destructive Cell Cutting for improved reliability, lower chances of micro-cracks, and Half-Cut Cell Technology for enhanced low-light performance, Gautam Solar ensures the highest quality and performance of its modules.

Gautam Solar’s launch of the Next-Gen N-Type TOPCon and Mono PERC Solar Modules at Intersolar Europe marks a significant milestone in the solar industry. These modules, with their increased power generation, improved efficiency, and appealing designs, are poised to revolutionize the European solar market. By leveraging advanced technologies and its strong R&D base, Gautam Solar continues to lead the way in innovation and provide sustainable energy solutions. With its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, Gautam Solar is well-positioned to meet the diverse demands of the solar industry and contribute to a greener and more sustainable future.
