China Wind Systems (CWS) Stock Rallies Above the 50-Day Moving Average

Today the stock price of China Wind Systems crossed above the much followed 50-day moving average. The moving average crossover was accompanied by heavier than normal volume of 561,498 shares. China Wind Systems settled the day up $0.64(+15.76%) to $4.70.


Today's trading range is between $4.31 and $4.83 respectively. Traders and investors who follow the application of technical analysis will find that today's closing price of $4.70 relative to the stock's moving average of $4.42 may signal a bullish trend.

Other relevant figures to examine are the support and resistance levels. Based on the pivot points, the current support and resistance levels for CWS are 4.39 and 4.91 respectively. If the resistance point price is broken in an upward movement, then the bullish trend is likely to continue and vice versa.
