On March 27th, Hebei province Energy Storage Interconnection heat pump technology application review meeting organized by Hebei province power demand side management guidance center was successfully held in Fuping west service area. Dong zhenbin, director of State Grid demand side management guidance center, Yang di, director of China electric power demand side management guidance center, and Cheng Ling, senior engineer of China electric power research institute were invited to attend the review meeting. Huang Bihe, Director of Hebei Province power demand side management guidance center, Han Zhizhen, director of the department, Guo Wei, deputy director of the Department, Zheng Ruijun, Hebei Traffic investment group company chief engineer, and Shi Hongsheng, Linyang Energy integrated energy services division general manager and Linyang energy Liu Weirong, general manager of the western branch general manager. The meeting was presided over by Han zhizhen, deputy director of Hebei power demand side management guidance center.
In order to actively respond to the national air pollution prevention and control and blue-sky protection policy call, Hebei expressway Lufa Industrial Corporation renovated Fuping west parking area coal fired boiler by taking clean energy heating in winter. In 2018, Linyang Energy undertook the winter heating operation service of Fuping west service area by winning bidding.
Fuping west parking area is located in Wutai mountains of Hebei Baoding and Shanxi intersection with north and south two areas, a total construction area of 3150 square meters. The actual heating area in the south district is 2000 square meters, while the actual heating area in the north district is 900 square meters with some unused rooms. The average winter temperature in Fuping county is 2℃, the average daily maximum temperature is 7.2℃, the average daily minimum temperature is -3.2℃, the average night temperature in January is -8℃, and the minimum temperature in recent ten years is -19℃. The service area is located in the mountainous area with the temperature lower than the county area. The regenerative heat pump technology is selected as the renovation plan. The heating time is 151 days from November 1, 2018 to March 31 of the next year. After a heating season, technical, economic and reliability analyses are made according to the operating conditions, providing technical support for clean heating in high-speed service areas.
“Energy storage interconnection heat pump system” is made up of water-water high temperature heat pump and energy storage type low-temperature air source heat pump through the interconnection of phase-change energy storage technology, forming an application technology of comprehensive utilization of advantages, especially suitable for winter heating and summer cooling in cold regions. The system can effectively collect solar thermal energy (temperature difference between day and night) and other low-quality thermal energy contained in the natural air, and store it through the intermediate phase change heat storage module, which increases the stability of thermal energy supply, reduces the initial investment of the system, saves operating costs, and extends the maintenance-free period of the equipment. In addition, it can reduce the power consumption of the equipment during the power peak period, and transfer the electricity demand of this part to the power trough period, which can help balance the operation of State Grid, and take advantage of the “peak and valley price” incentive policy of the state grid to obtain economic and environmental benefits.
After expert review, the technical system runs normally, and all technical indexes meet the requirements. The air energy conversion efficiency is high, the control operation mode is flexible, the “peak and valley” electricity price can be used to further reduce the operation cost, and the compatible use of renewable energy, improve environmental benefits. This technology has the characteristics of strong low temperature adaptability, simple installation and maintenance, high water outlet temperature, long design service life and so on. In the next step, Linyang energy will continue to deepen cooperation with relevant departments of Hebei transportation system, do a good job in the heating renovation project of Hebei expressway service area, and make greater efforts to win the battle of blue-sky protection.
This heating reconstruction project successfully passed the evaluation, which shows great significance to the promotion of clean heating reconstruction technology of Linyang Energy in Hebei expressway service area, and also is the result of the company’s smart energy team’s hard work on the clean heating project of Fuping west service area.
