Starwood Energy senior vice president, Himanshu Saxena, said the company is pleased to have completed the project on-time and under-budget. "We remain committed to making future investments in this sector," said Saxena.

Q-CELLS North America was appointed as the engineering, procurement and construction contractor for all the phases.

Starwood Energy CEO, Bradford Nordholm, said: "The Starwood SSM Project is another excellent example of Starwood Energy's high value-add investments in power generation and transmission in North America.
