China Windpower cooprate with CPIC on wind projects

China Windpower Group Limited announced the company will invest 49 million yuan in a 49 percent owned joint venture with CLP Holdings to develop a Wind power project in China, according to NBD website.


The joint venture, called Mengdong Xiehe New Energy Co., Ltd, will set to an 850 MW wind power project, and continue to develop new wind power projects.


China Power Investment will hold 51 percent of this joint venture, with a total investment of 51 million yuan.
