BloombergNEF: The Financial Health Index of LONGi ranks first worldwide

Bloomberg New Energy Finance (hereinafter referred to as “BNEF”) released the “Photovoltaic Module Brand Financing Report of 2019 Q1&2018 Q4”. The report shows that LONGi ranked first in BNEF Altman-Z among the solar module manufacturers.

 

The Altman-Z ratio measures the company’s financial security based on five basic criteria that test the company’s likelihood of bankruptcy in the next two years. LONGi ranks first in this BNEF report with its rising corporate strength and technology. It demonstrates LONGi’s leading risk control ability and long-term sustainable development capability.

 

With its outstanding technical innovation, LONGi has been regarded as one of the BNEF Tier 1 module manufacturers for a long period. The revenue of LONGi in 2018 was 21.988 billion yuan. Its capacity of mono modules reached 8.8 GW, and the shipment of mono cells and modules amounted to 7,072 MW. Based on solid financial statements and the rising market share, LONGi climbed to the top in the BNEF report of the first quarter of in 2019.

 

The BNEF report will also refer to the results of the global authoritative testing agencies. In June of this year, LONGi’s high-efficiency mono module products won the “Outstanding Achievement Award” issued by the US RETC and the “Best Performance Module Manufacturer” award issued by DNV GL. This not only demonstrates the recognition of the R&D strength and the reliability of the mono modules produced by LONGi, but also provide a reference for the follow-up BNEF report with LONGi’s better performance.

 

The BNEF Altman-Z score highlights the tremendous growth and leadership of LONGi in recent years in the global solar market with its high quality, high performance and high output.
