NTPC proposes to set up Wind Energy projects in Maharashtra, Karnataka, Gujarat and Kerala. In a written reply to a question in Lok Sabha minister of state for power Mr KC Venugopal said that NTPC has already signed Power Purchase Agreements with the state governments of Karnataka and Maharashtra for developing the Wind Energy Projects. He informed NTPC have also signed MoU with Kerala and Gujarat.
