On August 22, the 1st China-Vietnam New Energy Summit was held in Ho Chi Minh City. The representative from Ginlong Solis gave a speech named: the development of string inverters in large-scale projects.
According to the speech, the global market demand of string inverters will grow from $2.88 billion in 2017 to $4.67 billion in 2023. With the expansion of the market, large-scale projects will be the optimal application scenario of string inverters. The large-volume power station more than100 MW in Vietnam will bring broad application scenarios for string inverters.
At present, Ginlong Solis is striving to reduce cost and increase efficiency. In 2015, Ginlong Solis is the first string inverter manufacturer to pass DNV-GL’s PVEL reliability tests. Ginlong Solis’s vertically-integrated could reduce labor costs and improve quality. Ginlong Solis adopts AC components to save investment cost of the system and detect the fault link with Intelligent Arc Fault Circuit Interrupt (AFCI) and IV curve scan timely and accurately. Ginlong Solis integrates the cost of Balance of System into the inverter, which saves installation labor and operation maintenance costs. Meanwhile, the first-class system compatibility of Ginlong Solis inverter can minimize the influence of faults on the whole system and improve the availability and reliability of the system.
Founded in 2005, Ginlong Solis built an academician workstation jointly with Shanghai Jiaotong University in 2012.
